Return Policy

You can return an article up to 10 days after receiving it, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used and that you still have the original label and packaging. Returns without the original receipt must reference the order number, which you may reprint from your order confirmation email. When we receive the return package we will reimburse the full amount excluding shipping costs, using the original payment method, to your account.

Exchanges

Place a new order with the correct size, and return your original order. Our dedicated customer service team is available to facilitate a smooth exchange process if you have any questions. Additional shipping costs may be on client's account.

Refund Online

Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's method of payment. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.
