Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are fully traceable and a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping to Canada

Free standard shipping on orders over CAD 200 (before taxes).

Orders are shipped with various courier companies such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping to the United States

Orders are shipped with FedEx.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges – Shipping Fees

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees apply to exchanges and returns even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

• If a return results in the order no longer meeting the free shipping threshold (CAD 200), the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
