Unlike bitter wild game, farm-raised venison needs wild, bitter spices from the forest to enhance its flavor. We use Labrador tea, spruce bark, juniper berries and other traditional spices to make this tasty and peppery spice blend. Simply add the spices ground to your existing recipes.
Ingredients: mustard, long pepper, juniper, Labrador tea, thyme, spruce bark, cubeb, Guinea pepper, allspice, licorice.
