Maple BBQ

This all-purpose blend can be “rubbed” on whole chicken, meat cubes, tofu, or ribs – before cooking.
This maple rub is the “ultimate solution” spice blend, composed of mild, hot, and smoky chiles, with a hint of onion and cumin. We added Quebec maple sugar, which encourages a delicious caramelization during cooking. Also serves as a great base for a marinade or a delectable homemade BBQ sauce. 

Ingredients: Chile, mustard, smoked paprika, pepper, cumin, cloves, maple sugar, bay leaves.
