Whelks in camelina oil

Candied whelks with camelina oil are the result of a perfect composition of complementary flavors. Our quest for original ingredients produced in our countries has allowed us to find camelina oil, a high quality oil and appreciated for its hazelnut accents, as well as wild caraway, a spice of our flora from here that has notes of cumin. These flavors, both sweet and warm, united with that of the bourgot that confits slowly in the infused oil, create a soft and highly pleasant product in the mouth.
